County's visitors bureau wins two state awards

The Kankakee County Convention & Visitors Bureau doubled its pleasure Monday at the Illinois Governor's Conference on Travel & Tourism.
The bureau earned top honors in two of nine Illinois Excellence in Tourism Award categories nearly leaving executive director Staci Wilken speechless after the event.
